Some users have reported that after updating their login details on the TaxCalc website, additional machines (workstations) may get the error message Authorisation details not found. This is because when the system was set up the workstations couldn't 'see' the server properly and a file called asp_database_connection.txt had to be created on the server. The workstations use this file to allow them to connect and the details for the connection are stored locally on the workstation. If the password details are changed these workstations may not be able to open TaxCalc as the locally stored credentials no longer match the current details.
