Some users have reported the below error message when attempting to update TaxCalc.
Please note this error should only affect Windows users. If you are running a different operating system, please contact our support team for further assistance. This means that there has been an error in updating the plugins which are needed to run TaxCalc. To resolve this please attempt the below steps:
The required files should now be downloaded from our website and TaxCalc should open as required. If this does not work and you are presented with the same error, you will need to open the same folder as above and see if a new plugins folder has appeared. If not, the only way to retrieve this information is by re-running the installer file from our website. You should:
