From release 8.0.022, we will no longer support our software and services on computers that run on the Mac OS 10.11 (El Capitan) operating system.

Why have we withdrawn support?

We support older operating systems for as long as we can. However, for technical reasons we have had to cease supporting El Capitan on any version after 7.0.012

Will my software continue to run?

From release 8.0.022, we no longer test our software on Mac OS 10.11 operating system. If you choose to use it beyond this date, you do so entirely at your own risk. You may find that some functions, such as the ability to file online, will suddenly cease to function and could result in errors without notice.

As time progresses, there is a greater risk of us having to update our software for other reasons that may cause it to break completely on Mac OS 10.11.

What's next?
