If the TaxCalc software crashes and a crash dump is unavailable through App Data, They can be manually added by following through these steps:

Open regedit.exe
-    Go to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\ folder
-    Look for a folder called “LocalDumps”
-    If not there (and shouldn’t be on a default windows install) then…
-    Right-click on the Windows Error Reporting folder and select New -> Key
-    Folder will appear asking to be named…call it “LocalDumps”. There should now be an empty folder HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\LocalDumps\

close regedit.

Next time program crashes a log should be created in the following folder location:

%localAppData%\CrashDumps\

Crash dumps are useful for support purposes of identifying issues with TaxCalc.
