On occasion, customers report that they cannot import previous years' files.
This may happen if you are trying to import from the folder Program Files or Program Files (x86).
Windows puts permissions on the system which unfortunately will not allow the software to access these folders.
If your files are stored underneath the Program Files or Program Files (x86) path, and you are trying to import from this location, you will need to copy the files to another location first. For instance, copying the files to your desktop or Documents folder would allow the files to then be imported from that new location.
