Not a valid Win32 application when trying to install TaxCalc

On occasion users may encounter the following message when trying to load TaxCalc

Not a valid Win32 appplication

This error normally indicates that the file is corrupt. This is likely because the file had a problem downloading.

Delete the file and re-download it. if the problem persists you may benefit from trying another Internet browser.

If you are attempting to install from a cd, then try wiping the cd to ensure it is clean, if this still fails, please contact support for a replacement CD.
