How do I add Proxy Server settings to TaxCalc?

Article ID: 2029
Last updated: 24 Mar, 2020

Some networks require Proxy authentication to allow external access (web), You can now configure these proxy settings within TaxCalc.

At the Hub screen click Settings > Proxy Server Settings

The Proxy Server Settings Window opens.

You need to fill the following screen  with the relevant details. (Server, port and any authentication details).

Please Note - You may need to refer to your own IT support for this information.

In some cases you may wish to exclude particular sites from the Proxy Servers control, the related KB item Excluding sites from Proxy Server checking describes sites that should be added.

IMPORTANT when making any changes to the proxy server settings you must exit the program then start it again before the changes take effect.
