Missing checkboxes and radio buttons using the Windows version of TaxCalc (Parallels under OS-X)

Some users report that checkboxes and radio buttons can be missing when using TaxCalc on a Mac under Parallels

To resolve this issue MacLook needs to be disabled. If coherence mode is used, this must be exited first.

  • Right click on the Parallels Desktop icon in the dock
  • Select view
  • Change the view mode to exit coherence
  • click View again, then click Use MacLook (this will untick the option that is currently ticked)

Coherence mode can now be turned back on if required.
