The following error may occur when TaxCalc is updated in a Hosted environment.

If the update is not applied under the Administrator account, users may encounter the following error message on startup.

If the update has not been applied by the Administrator, run the latest installer manually or via the application on the administrator profile.

Rename the local Acorah appdata folder located under the affected users profile.

1. Click on your Windows logo and type '%localappdata%' and select file folder.
2. Rename the Acorah Software Products folder.

$:\Users\_Username_\AppData\Local\Acorah Software Products

Right click the TaxCalc shortcut on the users profile and select Run as Administrator, this will force the download of the required resource files and allow TaxCalc to launch correctly under this profile.
