How to send a HealthCheck from a MAC system

Click on the macOS spotlight magnifying glass, type terminal, then press enter:

Copy and paste the below script in to the terminal window:

chmod u+x /Applications/TaxCalcHub.app/Contents/healthcheck.sh
/Applications/TaxCalcHub.app/Contents/healthcheck.sh
Open /tmp

Press enter and once the health check has been generated, you will see the mac /tmp folder appear to reveal the newly created zipped health check.:

Email this zipped file to us at support@taxcalc.com letting us know why the HealthCheck has been generated.
