On occasion the TaxCalc installer file may falsely be identified as a virus or a file that contains malware. Your Antivirus will then automatically remove or quarantine these files.

You will need to update your Antivirus settings to allow the file to be restored or re-downloaded.

In some instances you may need to re-download the latest installer file again by logging into your account on our website and navigating to My Account > My Products and Services and selecting Download.

Please follow the instructions for your provider and report any further issues to the TaxCalc support team.
