How to obtain the computer name
In order to assist with troubleshooting the machine name with the problem will be required.
Windows
On a Windows based machine to find the computer name click on the Windows logo type System then select the Control Panel option.
MAC
Choose the Apple menu > System Preferences > Sharing.
Linux
Open a 'Terminal' window and type 'hostname' and press enter.
