You can complete tasks in any order.
A checklist item has only two states, Planned or Completed.
To complete a checklist item simply open the Job and from the Tasks tab, tick the completed item. You can tick them off in any order. Completing all items will automatically complete the Job for you.
Completing a Workflow Task is done via changing the Task status to Completed and can be done in any order.
When trying to complete a Task out of sequence you will get the option to complete only that Task or to also automatically complete previous ones.
If your template states that a Task date is dependent on its previous Task to complete then this Task’s date will only be calculated upon the previous one’s completion.
If you have automation on any Tasks, don’t worry, the automation is not affected by the order of completion and will continue the automated actions regardless of the order of completion.
Completing all items will automatically complete the Job for you.
