How are boxes 330 and 380 populated on the CT600?

This article will go through how boxes 330 and 380 are populated on the Corporation Tax Return.

Boxes 330 and 380 are the financial years which are located under Corporation Tax Chargeable pages. HMRC run on financial years from 01/04 to 31/03. Please refer to the example below in regards to this:

Return period: 01/02/2023 - 31/01/2024

Boxes 330 and 380 will show the years 2022 and 2023 as the 01/02/2023 - 31/03/2023 falls within the 2022 financial year. The 2022 financial period runs from 01/04/2022 - 31/03/2023.

The 01/04/2023 - 31/01/2024 period falls in the 2023 financial year which runs from the 01/04/2023 - 31/03/2024.
