If you have followed these steps:
Yet, the Job Assignee is still showing as Unassigned when it should show the User set in the Custom User Role on the Client Record, it could be because the User has not been assigned a licence for Practice Manager Plus. Check you have assigned a Practice Manager Plus licence to the User. Then next time you apply the Job Template, the Assignee will correctly display the User set in the Custom User Role against the Client Record.
