Where do I enter Filing Credentials for Accounts Production?

To enter and store your credentials for Accounts Production please follow the instructions below:

For your Firm's details:

1. Launch Admin Centre > Applications
2. Click on Accounts Production > Customise Accounts
3. Click on Online filing (Companies House) on the left
4. Enter your Presenter ID and Authentication.
5. Click on Continue then click on Finish and Save on the bottom right. Changes will take place with immediate effect.

For your Office: please note a Practice Manager Plus licence is required to access this area

1. Launch Admin Centre
2. Click on Firm Details
3. Click on the relevant office you wish to edit > Edit Office
4. Navigate to Online Filing Settings and enter in the Presenter ID and Authentication Code.
5. Click on Finish > Finish and Save. Changes will take place with immediate effect.

For each User:

1. Launch Admin Centre
2. Click on Users
3. Click on the relevant username you wish to edit and Edit User.
4. Click on Online Filing Settings and enter in your Presenter ID and Authentication Code.
5. Click on Finish > Finish and Save. Changes will take place with immediate effect.
