As well as being able to automate the process of requesting records, you can also automate sending optional reminders for specific contacts generating a message within the Pending Messages queue waiting for you to review and send.
To activate the reminders automation, go to Admin Centre > Applications > Customise Communications Centre and select Automated Message Settings.
Select the required message reminder to activate:
Then click Reminder.
Once there are pending messages to be sent, you will receive the relevant notifications in the Notifications Panel.
Select Review and send to display the Message Activity Pending screen where you can then review and send the reminder messages.
