Why are my Office emails and User emails widgets showing a Status of Not set/Not verified?

The Status column on the Office emails/User emails widgets will show as follows: 

Not set = An Office/User exists within Admin Centre but has not had an email account added within Outgoing Email Settings 

Not verified = An Office/User has had an email account added within Outgoing Email Settings but the account has not been verified. 

Verified = An Office/User has had an email account added within Outgoing Email Settings and the account has been verified and is available to use within Communications Centre. 

Select the links on each to access Admin Centre and make the appropriate changes.
