Can I delete a Job Template?

Depending on your permissions, you can delete a Job Template. However, you can't delete the predefined TaxCalc Job Templates or a Job Template that has been activated on a client.

To delete a Job Template:

  1. Open the Admin Centre.
  2. Select Applications.
  3. From the Application table, select WorkFlow.
  4. Select Customise WorkFlow.
  5. Click on the Job Template to be deleted.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. The following message is displayed, 'Delete Job Template. This action will delete the job template. To confirm, please click Delete. This action cannot be reversed.'
  8. Click Delete to delete the Job Template.
  9. If the Job Template is active on a client, it cannot be deleted. The following message is displayed, 'Cannot Delete. Cannot delete the selected job template. This template is being used by one or more jobs in the application.'
  10. Click I Understand.
