What happens to the TaxCalc Application when the licence expires and is not renewed?

Article ID: 2699
Last updated: 12 Oct, 2020

When the TaxCalc license expires, all of the content in the database becomes read-only. The application will not allow the user to edit, file or print tax returns or accounts. You will still be able to view your existing client list however their returns will be locked in a read only state until you renew your license.

If you are moving to another software provider it is strongly advised to contact a member of the support team if you wish to extract any data.

Please note if you have CloudConnect you require a current licence to launch the application. Please contact sales@taxcalc.com to discuss your options.
