How do I remove the pop-up for ‘Sent to client’ when printing?

When you create a pdf to send to your client for approval, TaxCalc allows you to set the status of that return to Sent to client via a pop-up.

The pop-up appears if you go to: Go to Printing Preferences > Who is it for? > My Client (copy for client to sign, including IR mark).

You can control what happens for all clients by default, for example to always or never set the status. This will stop the pop-up from appearing each time.

To set the default action, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Admin from the home screen.
  2. Select Applications.
  3. Double-click on Tax Return Production product in the middle panel.
  4. Click on Printing Preferences on the left.
  5. Select your default action.
  6. Click on Continue through to Finish and Save.
