When will TaxCalc 2023 be available?

Article ID: 2079
Last updated: 25 Oct, 2022

TaxCalc 2023 will be available in late March 2023. We will let you know when you can update your software and this will depend on which type of customer you are.

In all cases, you will not be able to file your return until after 6 April 2023. This will cover the year for 6 April 2022 to 5 April 2023.

Individual, Partnership and Limited Company customers

TaxCalc 2023 will be released in late March 2023. We will notify customers when the software is available to pre-order.

If you are a new customer or you have moved computers, you should download the new software at the time of release. Customers with existing TaxCalc installations will be able to update the program from the notifications tab in the software.

Practice customers

We will notify you as soon as your update is available and this is planned to be no later than the end of March 2023, subject to any late amendments by HMRC.

Please note that Practice customers are running a 12 month licence and therefore renew TaxCalc on or before their renewal date. As a result, those with licence expiry dates after 6th April 2023 will be notified to update their current software for 2023 when it is released without further payment at that point.
