When will TaxCalc 2019 be available?

Article ID: 2079
Last updated: 28 Feb, 2019

TaxCalc 2019 will be available in late March. We'll let you know when you can update your software and this will depend on which type of customer you are.

In all cases, you won't be able to file your return until after 6 April 2019. This will cover the year for 6 April 2018 to 5 April 2019.

Individual, Partnership and Limited Company customers

TaxCalc 2019 will be released in late March. We will notify customers when the software is available for pre-order.

If you're a new customer or you've moved computers, you'll need to download the new software at the time of release. Customers with existing TaxCalc installations will be able to update the program from the notifications tab in the software.

Practice customers

We'll notify you as soon as your update is available. This will be no later than the end of March, subject to late amendments by HMRC. Please note that Practice customers are running a 12 month licence and only need renew TaxCalc on or before their renewal date. As a result, those with licence expiry dates after 6th April 2019 will be notified to update their current software for 2019 when it is released without further payment at that point.
