Invite new users for Email Login Setup

  1. Within Admin Centre > Users click New User from the left-hand menu
  2. The Invite User dialog is displayed:

  1. Enter the user’s unique Email that they will use when logging into TaxCalc.
  2. Select the appropriate User Role.
  3. Click Send Invitation.

Once the email invitation has been sent, the user status is changed to Invite Pending with options to Resend | Cancel the invitation.

The invited user will receive an email asking them to activate their account.

The activation link within the invitation will be valid for 7 days, after which the link will expire.

A new activation link can be sent at any time, whereby the previous link will be automatically cancelled/expired.
