How to use custom eSign email templates

Within Admin Centre > Applications > eSign Centre select Email Templates from the left-hand menu.

Click Add New Template to open the Email Templates dialog.

Enter a Template Name.

Then within the Template Body, enter the text you would like to use as your email template.

Click Save to save the eSign email template.

Now within eSign Centre you can select to Apply Email Template when creating a new envelope.
