TaxCalc includes a Client Summary screen that allows you to manage and view your clients at a glance. This is a quick guide on how you can use this screen effectively. Open Practice Manager from the TaxCalc home screen and then double click on the client you wish to edit. Editing what you seeYou can edit what you see on the Client Summary screen by clicking the Cog icon that appears when you hover over a section. This allows you to hide data or show any field (including any custom field that you've created). You can also hide an entire section that you don't want to see by clicking the Arrow icon shown next to the Cog. Printing your Client SummaryYou can print out the visible client summary and use it as a permanent/paper record so that you can easily refer to a client's information outside of TaxCalc. Click Print Report while viewing the client summary to open a PDF version of this screen. You can then print off the PDF.
