Why is the Automations widget showing Practice state equals ‘Off’?

Automation is available for Record requests for Accounts, Confirmation Statement, Tax CT, Tax SA and VAT.  Each type of automation needs to be activated via Admin before being activated on your clients. 

To activate select the Automation button at the top of the Communications Summary screen.
