Why can I not see Request records for Accounts within Automated Message Settings?

Request records for Accounts, Tax CT and Confirmation Statement are only currently available for Limited Companies. 

These options will not appear within Automated Message Settings for other client types. 

Automation types are available for specific client types as follows: 

  • Request records for Accounts = Limited companies 

  • Request records for Tax CT = Limited companies 

  • Request records for Tax SA = Individuals, Partnerships, LLPs and Trusts 

  • Request records for VAT = Limited companies, Individuals, Partnerships, LLPs and Trusts 

  • Request records for Confirmation Statement = Limited companies
