Why does the Automations widget on Communications Summary show a different number of clients as inactive for each type of automation?

Automation types are available for specific client types as follows:

  • Request records for Accounts = Limited companies
  • Request records for Tax CT = Limited companies
  • Request records for Tax SA = Individuals, Partnerships, LLPs and Trusts
  • Request records for VAT = Limited companies, Individuals, Partnerships, LLPs and Trusts
  • Request records for Confirmation Statement = Limited companies

The Automations widget will show the total for Client active/inactive based on the qualifying client within the relevant client types as stated above. 

Click on the link for either Client active/inactive to display the list of clients.  From here you can access the client record to adjust the Automated Message Settings as required.
