How do I assign clients to a specific office?

Once you have setup your multiple offices in Admin Centre (see KB3059 - How do I create Multiple Offices?), you can then assign your clients to specific offices.

Assigning a Client to an Office:

  1. Launch Practice Manager.
  2. Select the client and click Edit Client / Contact.
  3. Select Engagement.
  4. From the Assign the client to an office dropdown list, select the office you would like to assign this client to.
  5. Click Finish and Finish and Save to save your changes.
