Why is there no Download button on my account?

If you are unable to see a download button and you have recently subscribed to our CloudConnect product, this option may not be activated. 

Before being able to install the software to license via the cloud server, you will need to complete the Advanced Security Settings. Once complete, the download button will become available to proceed with the installation as required. This ensures that there is additional security in place before downloading onto additional machines and allows users to have different credentials if applicable. 

If this is not the case, please ensure that you have purchased a product to enable the download button. If you still encounter issues, then please contact Support.
