How do I remove the accountant's name on the accounts?

If you don't want the accountant's name or address to appear on the accounts, you can remove it by following these steps:

1. Open the client in Accounts Production.
2. Click on Client information on the left navigation menu.
3. Select Address.
4. Click on Accountants.
5. Click on Remove address on the top right corner.
6. Deselect the tick box for Show firm/office name.
7. Deselect the tick box for Show qualification.
8. Generate the financial statements and the accountants name and address will no longer appear on the company information page.

The firm details can also appear a the foot of each page, you can remove this by following these steps:

1. Open the client in Accounts Production.
2. Click on Accounts Setup on the left navigation menu.
3. Click on Accounts Presentation.
4. Deselect the tick box for Name of Firm.
5. Deselect the tick box for Address of Firm.
6. Deselect the tick box for Qualification Line.
