When should I renew my annual licence for my TaxCalc products?

Products for practice users run on a 12-month licence. When your licence is due to expire you'll receive a Licence Expiry Warning in the software and a button to Renew Licence, which will take you straight to the login page on the TaxCalc website.

To check your renewal date, follow these steps:

  1. Open Administration.
  2. Select Applications from the left-hand menu.
  3. Click on the name of the product you want to check.
  4. The renewal date will appear in the grey pane on the right-hand side.

If you want to renew your licence early – up to 30 days before renewal – log in to your account on the TaxCalc website and make a payment. Once you've renewed your licence, close and reopen TaxCalc for the new licence to register.

Early renewal will avoid any break in service. Your new licence period will start from your current expiry date rather than the date of payment.

Please Note: If you don't renew your licence your software will expire. For further information please see: What happens to the TaxCalc Application when the licence expires and is not renewed?
