How do I generate reports within Accounts Production as Word, Excel, PDF or CSV files?

You can generate reports, including financial statements, as Word, Excel, CSV or PDF files by following these steps:

  1. Go to Accounts Production.
  2. Select Reports from the left-hand menu.
  3. Click on the report you want to generate.
  4. When the report has been generated, click on Export Report on the top right.
  5. Click on the file format you wish the document to be outputted to.
  6. Select a location on your computer or network to save the report to.
