Filtering Clients by Total Fees
Tokens allow you to pull through a variety of client information.
The Total fees token provides the client total fees as detailed in the client Services Rendered screen within the client record.
You can use tokens in Communications Centre to personalise emails to clients, as well as for filtering clients according to the token information selected.
To filter clients by Total fees simply click the More filters option from the top right corner of your client list and use our powerful data mining tool.
Select the Total fees token under Client Information > Services Rendered and define the range you want to filter by.
The data mining tool is accessible from each module where it can help filter your clients, for example, Report Manager and Mailing Lists in Communications Centre, and more.
