How to setup a Task to notify a user
You can setup your Tasks within a Job to notify users so that when one Task is complete, the next Task begins and notifies the user assigned to the Task.
In this scenario we will set a Task to complete and notify a user that the status has changed:
- From the Job navigate to the relevant Task.
- Click View/Add Actions to display the Actions dialog.
- From the Action dropdown list, select Task Completion.
- Now select the result Notify User and select the User to be notified when the Task is complete
