Can I change the default text for a note and apply it to all clients?

TaxCalc provides default text for many of the notes to the accounts which can be edited on a client by client basis.  The option to set/update the default text for notes is available under:

  1. Browse to Admin Centre  
  2. Click on Applications 
  3. Select Accounts Production from the table.
  4. Click on Customise Accounts.
  5. Click on Notes and Reports

Defaults can be set for both FRS 102 (if purchased), FRS 102 1A and FRS 105 (from version 6.2), for both Limited Companies and LLPs as well as Partnerships and Sole Traders.

Any changes under Admin will then be applied for all new accounting periods or where Reset Entry is selected on any existing note under Edit Notes.
