Error Updating Database

Users may experience an Error updating database error message after ;

  • Restoring from backup.
    Restoring from an old backup file created on version 11.7.061 or earlier into the latest version of TaxCalc.

  • Updating an old version of the program.
    If the latest installer is used to manually update an old version of TaxCalc.

The steps to resolve this issue depend on your TaxCalc interface and purchased products, please select the relevant resolution.

Individual, Partnership and Limited Company, Tax module.

Individual, Partnership and Limited Company, Tax or VAT  modules.
Individual, Partnership and Limited Company, Tax, Accounts and or VAT modules.
Practice, (Standalone or Network).
Restoring from backup file.
