How do I produce a Single Statement of Comprehensive Income?

To present the Profit and Loss Account (Income Statement) and Statement of Comprehensive Income as a single statement (where Other Comprehensive Income is to be disclosed) within Accounts Production, please select

  1. Open the client in Accounts Production.
  2. Click Accounts Setup on the left navigation menu.
  3. Click Statement Preferences.
  4. Select tick box for Include Statement of Comprehensive Income in Full Financial Statements.
  5. Select radio button for Single Statement of Comprehensive Income.

A small company is not required to produce either a Statement of Changes in Equity, Statement of Comprehensive Income or a Statement of Income and Retained Earnings but is encouraged to do so.
