What is the Client Questionnaire?

The Client Questionnaire allows you to create a Word document for each personal client showing the previous year's income sources (including details from any wizards or schedules). You can only create a Client Questionnaire using supported versions of Word which can be found within System Requirements for TaxCalc.

You can use the Client Questionnaire to:

  • show details of, for example, bank interest and dividends
  • show personal details that the client can update if required, such as employer or business names
  • remind the client of an upcoming SA100 return
  • give the client a starting point to provide complete information for their return.

You can send the Client Questionnaire to your client as a Word document or you can generate a PDF.
