If you can't import partnership profits to an individual return, make sure that the two are linked in the partnership return:
- Launch Practice Manager.
- Select partnership return.
- Right click; Open In> Tax Production> Open.
- Click on Add New Partner.
- Enter details for the new partner.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for all partners.
If this doesn't fix the problem, check that all Unique Taxpayer References (UTRs) are entered in Practice Manager:
- Launch Practice Manager.
- Select the partnership or individual return you want to open.
- Right click on the client, Open In> Tax Production> Open.
- Click the cog icon in the top right corner.
- Click on Check integration.
- If there is no UTR, tick the box Resolve using tax return.
- Go to the SA100 return and refresh from the SA800 return.
Once the refresh has been completed, the information on the partnership pages should have updated and imported accordingly.
