To poll for a response from Companies House, please complete the below steps:
- Click on the View tab.
- Click on Companies House Filing History to see a list of outstanding accounts that need to be polled.
- Click on Check all pending to see if Companies House has responded.
Alternatively if you have the client open, you can check the status of your submissions to Companies House by clicking on Check and Finish. You'll see all previous submissions in the main window:
- Active submissions will have Pending displayed in the result until they're accepted by Companies House.
- Once a submission has been accepted, the result will change to Success.
