Viewing Notes from the Dashboard

If a Job or a Task has existing notes, a Note icon will be visible in the Due Date column of the ‘Jobs assigned to me’ and ‘Tasks assigned to me’ widgets.  You can view the most recent note content by hovering over the ‘Note’ icon.

You can use the Notes shortcut option on the Jobs/Tasks assigned to me widgets in the Dashboard to quickly access notes added to a Job or a Task.

  1. From the widget, select the job/task you want to view notes for
  2. Select the Notes button on the widget
  3. You will be taken to the client record in Practice Manager, pre-filtered to the activity and work type recorded for the job/task navigated from.
