How do I link a timesheet to specific work?

  1. When adding or editing a timesheet select Yes to Is it related to a Job or Task?
  2. Select the magnifying glass icon to open the Link to Work Type dialog.
  3. Select the Activity type.
  4. Select who the activity is Assigned to.
  5. Click Include completed to include completed activities.
  6. Highlight the required Job or Task and click Select to return to the New Timesheet Log dialog where you can continue adding or editing your timesheet.
  7. Now when you start recording time against the selected Job or Task, the timesheet is automatically updated with the work information.
