How can I start recording time while working in a client?

Use the automatic Timetracker to easily record time against your clients and contacts. From here you can see the clients and contacts you have recorded time against as well as those you can start recording time for. You can also choose to manually add time or open a timesheet.

Link Jobs to the time you're logging so that you can see exactly what you've been working on for each client.

  1. In the client or contact record, select the automatic Timetracker from the top right-hand side of the screen.
  2. The Time Panel is displayed.
  3. Select the Record button next to the required client or contact to start recording the time.
  4. Alternatively click Add Time to open the Timesheet Log dialog and manually enter the time details. See How can I log Time?
  5. To stop recording time at any stage, select the automatic Timetracker.
  6. The Time Panel is displayed.
  7. Select the Stop button next to the required client to stop recording the time.
