You can access the Anti Money Laundering service from your account by following these steps.

  1. Log into our website with your email address and password.
  2. Select My Account > My Products and Services.
  3. Select Anti-Money Laundering Service from the left hand menu.
  4. Click on Start new search from the left hand menu.
  5. Enter the client's details, then click on Check.
  6. After a few seconds the resulting Pass or Refer will be displayed.
  7. Print out or save the results for your filing system.

Additional logins can be created which will only allow the user direct access to the AML service. To do this please see our Knowledge Base article on How to access AML with a secondary account setup for Cloud.

Alternatively the AML service can be accessed through the TaxCalc application saving you time from having to rekey your clients information or updating the ClientHub with the search results. For further information on how to do this, please see our Knowledge Base article on How to use the AML service through the TaxCalc program
