How to access AML with a secondary account setup

Article ID: 2703
Last updated: 11 Oct, 2019

It is possible to access the AML module without having to login as the primary account holder. For our CloudConnect users this has the added benefit of not requiring the two factor authentication pin code to be entered.

In order to create a secondary AML user :

  1. Log into the TaxCalc website using your main account details.
  2. Click on the Anti-Money Laundering option on the left-hand side.
  3. Select Admin at the top of the page.
  4. Click on the Users option on the left-hand side.
  5. Choose the option to add a user and follow through the on-screen steps to complete.

Once the user has been created, log out of the account as the primary account holder and then log back in as the standard AML User that you have just created.

These credentials can now be used to login directly into the AML service without allowing access to your main account.
