From the Communications Summary screen you can see all your communications activity at a glance. No email addresses - the number of clients and contacts that do not have an email address. Emails – the number of emails that have been sent or are scheduled, plus any pending requests and reminders. Client request and record automation - which automations are currently in use. Pending record requests and reminders - the total number of record requests and reminders sent. Office emails - which of your offices have email accounts set up and whether those accounts have been verified or not. User emails - which TaxCalc users have an email account set up and whether those accounts have been verified or not. Also, using the buttons along the top, you can quickly and easily navigate to:
