Error Updating Database

Users may experience an Error updating database error message after ;

• Restoring from backup.
  Restoring from an old backup file created on version 11.7.061 or earlier into the latest version of TaxCalc.

• Updating an old version of the program.
  If the latest installer is used to manually update an old version of TaxCalc.
