Can I delete a Job Template?
Depending on your permissions, you can delete a Job Template. However, you can't delete the predefined TaxCalc Job Templates or a Job Template that has been activated on a client.
To delete a Job Template:
- Open the Admin Centre.
- Select Applications.
- From the Application table, select WorkFlow.
- Select Customise WorkFlow.
- Click on the Job Template to be deleted.
- Click Delete.
- The following message is displayed, 'Delete Job Template. This action will delete the job template. To confirm, please click Delete. This action cannot be reversed.'
- Click Delete to delete the Job Template.
- If the Job Template is active on a client, it cannot be deleted. The following message is displayed, 'Cannot Delete. Cannot delete the selected job template. This template is being used by one or more jobs in the application.'
- Click I Understand.
