Once the Biometric Check has been completed, how do I obtain the Personal Code?
Once you have reviewed the check and are happy with the outcome, as the ACSP you will need to login to Companies House to confirm that you have verified the identity of the individual. Companies House will then send the Personal Code to the client, which can then be used on the Confirmation Statement/VS01.
Companies House have not provided a service via API to confirm an ACSP has verified someone's identity, so the ACSP does need to login to Companies House to do this.
